Managed Services and Consulting Pricing FAQs
Project work is priced on scope and deliverables, not your AWS bill. Managed services fees reflect a combination of factors, including your AWS spend, the maturity and complexity of your infrastructure, and the work involved in operating it. A large but stable footprint may take less ongoing effort than a smaller environment with frequent changes. Your quote explains the scope and fee.
Typical managed services fees range from $2,000 to $6,000 monthly for a small cloud environment, $6,000 to $20,000 for complex or multi-account environments, and $20,000 or more for enterprise environments. Where you fall depends on the number of accounts and regions, coverage hours, compliance requirements, your AWS spend, and how often your environment changes. AWS usage is billed separately.
Yes. Along with full AWS Managed Services, we offer two focused scopes:
- Managed DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, automation, and delivery tooling
- Managed Security: monitoring, access controls, and remediation mapped to your compliance frameworks
Full AWS Managed Services covers hands-on management of all infrastructure, including DevOps and security. Every scope includes monitoring, monthly reporting, and the Kalos platform.
Each project has its own terms. Managed services agreements have a minimum term of two years. We spell out the proposed term, scope, and renewal terms before you commit.
Kalos is software: it gives your team cost, security, and performance visibility across AWS, with AI recommendations and automated actions you approve. Stratus10 managed services are people-led: our engineers operate, secure, and optimize your environment for you. Managed services agreements also include Kalos. If you only need the software, Kalos plans start free.
