What do I need to do to connect my AWS accounts or organizations?

You must be an admin of your AWS account or organization or have access to admin credentials. This ensures you have the required permissions to connect your accounts properly. 

Using admin credentials, you can connect in just a few clicks. Our team gladly walks you through this process.

Can I add team members to my Kalos account?

Absolutely! You get unlimited users with Kalos. Easily add team members via the Users link in the Kalos menu. Permissions for each user can also be adjusted.

When can I expect to see my AWS data in Kalos?

Cost, security, and monitoring data will show up within 30 minutes of onboarding. Complete historical billing data takes ~24 hours to retrieve from AWS.
